Retail and consumer goods
Shop stock moves to dates. A season starts, a product launches, a promotion opens. This page sets out what retail and consumer cargo needs and how we arrange the move from the factory to the shelf, one step at a time.

What this cargo needs
- A ready date and an arrival date that both come from a real shelf date, with room for delay.
- Cartons marked by store, product line or purchase order, so stock can be split without repacking.
- Packing that protects goods through handling, trucking and stacking.
- Product labels and documents that match the goods. Destination customs check what is declared.
- Space to hold stock between arrival and store delivery.
- Special handling for fragile, high-value or temperature-sensitive lines.
How we arrange it
For bulk lines we book a full container load. For mixed or smaller lines we book LCL consolidation, and goods from several factories can be gathered through supplier pickup and purchase-order consolidation.
At the destination we arrange port to door haulage, then either storage or cross-docking when cargo should be split and sent on without being stored. Trucking and distribution in Hong Kong and cross-border trucking cover store and distribution-point delivery. Documents are checked by us, and declarations are coordinated with licensed customs brokers.

- Factory locations and ready dates.
- The date the stock must be on shelf, and the delivery points.
- Labelling or pre-ticketing instructions from the retailer.
- Any lines that are fragile, valuable or need a set temperature.
Questions
Can you split one shipment across several stores?
Yes, through cross-docking or warehouse dispatch at the destination. Send the split by purchase order or store before booking, so cartons are marked correctly at the factory.
What if my goods are late for a season?
Tell us the hard date when you enquire. We can compare sea, air and part-air options for the late lines. Dates can still move with schedules, inspections and weather, and we tell you if they do.
