Warehousing and Fulfilment
Cargo that arrives has to go somewhere. We coordinate storage and fulfilment in third-party warehouses, so the cargo is received, counted, kept and sent out against your orders.

Storage and inventory coordination
We arrange space in third-party warehouses and coordinate receiving, counting and stock records.
When to use it. Cargo needs to wait before the next move, or you hold stock in Hong Kong and need it recorded.

Pick, pack and dispatch
Picking is taking the right items from stock. Packing is boxing them. Dispatch is handing them to the carrier. We coordinate the three against your order list.
When to use it. You sell or distribute in small quantities and do not want to run a packing line yourself.

E-commerce fulfilment and returns
We coordinate fulfilment for online sellers: orders out, returns back in. Goods are stored, picked, packed and sent, and returned items are checked and put back in stock or set aside.
When to use it. You sell online from a store or marketplace and need orders packed and sent without an in-house warehouse.

Cross-docking
Cross-docking moves cargo from an inbound vehicle straight to an outbound one, with little or no storage between. We coordinate the handover, the sorting and the paperwork.
When to use it. Cargo arrives in bulk and goes out in smaller lots, or must change vehicle or destination quickly.

Bonded storage through licensed facilities
Bonded storage holds goods under customs control before duties or declarations are settled. We arrange it through licensed bonded facilities. We do not operate the facility. Hong Kong is a free port, so in Hong Kong bonded storage mainly applies to dutiable goods: liquor, tobacco, hydrocarbon oil and methyl alcohol.
When to use it. Goods wait for a customs decision, are re-exported, or move on under customs control.
