E-commerce fulfilment and returns
We coordinate fulfilment for online sellers: orders out, returns back in. Goods are stored, picked, packed and sent, and returned items are checked and put back in stock or set aside. All of it happens in third-party warehouses that we arrange.

What it is
Fulfilment is everything that happens between a customer pressing "buy" and the parcel arriving. Returns is the same flow in reverse, plus a decision: resell, repair or discard.
If you sell online, you need stock in a place that can pick and pack, a way to get parcels to couriers, and a clear process for returns. We arrange that with third-party warehouses and keep the steps in a written plan. We do not run the warehouse, and we do not run the store.
When to use it
- If you sell online from your own store or a marketplace and have no warehouse.
- If your orders have outgrown a spare room or a shared office.
- If you sell to buyers in more than one place and need parcels to leave from a set point.
- If returns are piling up and nobody is checking them.
What we handle
- Receiving stock for online orders
- Order picking and packing to your rules
- Shipping labels and handover to couriers
- Returns receiving, inspection and restocking
- Reports on stock and returns
How it runs
- Quote: you send the product list, the channels and the order range, and we find a suitable facility.
- Set-up: we agree item codes, packing rules, courier choices and the returns process.
- Inbound: your stock arrives, is counted and is put away.
- Orders: orders reach the warehouse in the agreed format, and are picked, packed and labelled.
- Dispatch and returns: couriers collect, and returned parcels are inspected and sorted into resell, set aside or send back.
What to send us for a quote
| Detail | Why we ask |
|---|---|
| Sales channels | Orders reach the warehouse differently from each |
| Product types and sizes | They decide the storage space and the cartons |
| Stock count | To size the space |
| Typical daily orders | Picking and packing are priced by order |
| Destinations | To choose couriers and labels |
Good to know
- Fees are often set per order, per item picked, per package and for storage. Ask for each to be stated, so you can work out a cost per order.
- Returns need clear rules: what is checked, what counts as resellable, how long it takes to restock. Write them down before the first return arrives.
- Marketplaces set their own rules for labels, packaging and dispatch deadlines. Check them before you set up.
Questions
Do you connect to my online store?
We receive orders in a format agreed with the warehouse, such as a file or email. We do not offer our own order system.
Can you handle returns from customers in other places?
We can arrange return paths to a receiving point we agree with you. Details depend on the origin.
