Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type or email to us:

• your name, company and email address
• your phone number, if you give one
• the details of your cargo and route
• anything else you write in the message

The form needs your name, company and email so we can reply. The rest helps us quote.

Why we collect it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange the job. We do not use them for anything else. We do not send marketing email from this form.

Giving us your details is voluntary. If you leave out the required fields, we cannot reply.

Who sees it

Your details go to our mailbox at info@ayershipping.com. To prepare a quote, we may pass the job details to carriers, customs brokers or warehouses. We pass only what that job needs. We do not sell personal data.

Messages reach us by email, in our mailbox hosted by Hostinger Mail. The online enquiry form, when it is switched on, delivers to the same mailbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and form messages for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you go ahead with a job, we keep the records the law requires (tax, customs, accounting) for as long as it requires.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email info@ayershipping.com and say what you need. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies or tracking.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
