Specialised Cargo

Some cargo needs more than a booking. It needs the right equipment, the right paperwork and, in some cases, a licensed handler. We arrange it, and we tell you early what the cargo needs.

    Cold chain and reefer

Cold chain means keeping cargo at a set temperature from origin to destination. A reefer is a refrigerated container. We book reefer equipment and coordinate the move around it.

When to use it. Food, medicine, flowers or any cargo that must stay inside a temperature range.

    Dangerous goods through licensed handlers

Dangerous goods (DG) are cargo that can harm people, property or the environment. They move under strict rules, including the IMDG Code for sea. We arrange DG shipments through licensed handlers and carriers that accept them.

When to use it. Your cargo has a UN number or a safety data sheet that lists a hazard class, such as batteries, paint, aerosols or chemicals.

  • SC-03

    Out-of-gauge and machinery

Out-of-gauge cargo is too wide, too tall or too long for a standard container. We arrange the equipment, the lifting and the route for machinery and oversize pieces.

When to use it. The cargo is machinery, plant, a vehicle or a structure that does not fit inside a standard box.

Send the cargo details

With special cargo, the details decide the quote. Send what you have and we will ask for the rest.
